Who is responsible

What we collect and why

• Order data: order number, clip(s) bought, USD price, coin and amount, wallet address you paid from, transaction ID, time. Purpose: to deliver what you bought, handle support and refunds, keep tax and accounting records. Legal basis: performance of the contract; legal obligation (tax/accounting).
• Technical data: IP address, approximate country/region derived from it, browser type, the page you came from, the age-gate flag stored in your browser. Purpose: to run the site, block regions where we do not operate, stop abuse, and keep evidence that the age gate was shown and accepted. Legal basis: legitimate interests (security, legal compliance) and legal obligation.
• Email address: only if you give it for a receipt or support. Legal basis: contract / consent.
• Support messages and reports you send us. Legal basis: legitimate interests.

We do not create accounts, we do not run advertising trackers, and we do not sell personal data.

• Support emails: 24 months.
• Download links: 30 days.

Cookies and local storage

We set no cookies. We store one strictly necessary flag in your browser's local storage to remember that you passed the age gate (it expires after 30 days). No analytics or advertising cookies.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you can ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, object to processing, get a copy in a portable format, and withdraw consent where we relied on it. Email support@haremafterdark.com; we reply within one month. You can complain to your data-protection authority (for the UK: the ICO, ico.org.uk; EU: your national authority; California: the CPPA). Providing data is optional except what we need to complete an order.

Children

This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18; if you think we have, email us and we will delete it.

Automated decisions

We use automated IP geolocation to block regions where we do not operate and to run fraud checks. No other automated decisions with legal effect are made about you.
