Report content, copyright (DMCA) and removal requests

We take three kinds of report. Send all of them to support@haremafterdark.com (or by post to [POSTAL ADDRESS]). Put the clip number or URL in the subject line.

A. Someone's real likeness or an intimate image of a real person

All content here is meant to be fictional. If you believe a clip shows you, or someone identifiable, we treat it as urgent. Send: (1) your name and a way to contact you; (2) the clip number or URL; (3) a short statement that you believe in good faith the depiction is of you (or the person you represent) and was not consented to; (4) your signature (typed is fine). We take the clip offline within 48 hours of receiving a complete request, remove any copies we hold, and tell you what we did. You do not need to prove anything to get it taken down while we look. This process follows the US TAKE IT DOWN Act model even though we only publish our own AI content.

B. A character who looks under 18

Send the clip number. We remove the clip immediately while we review; no other information is needed. Anyone under 18 is never allowed in our content, whatever the prompt said.

C. Copyright (DMCA and equivalent)

Your notice must include: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the copyrighted work; the URL or clip number of the material; your address, phone and email; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner. We act on complete notices within 5 business days. Knowingly false notices can make you liable for damages (17 U.S.C. 512(f)).

D. Anything else (spam, security, a broken download)
