1. Who we are
Harem After Dark is run by [LEGAL NAME], a sole trader trading as [TRADING NAME], [POSTAL ADDRESS], [COUNTRY]. Email: support@haremafterdark.com. [VAT/tax number if any]. These terms are a contract between you and us when you buy from or use this site.
2. Who may use the site
You must be at least 18 (or older if that is the age of majority where you live), it must be legal for you to view sexually explicit material where you are, and you must not be located in a region we have blocked. If you are buying for someone else, they must meet the same rules. We may refuse or cancel any order.
3. What the content is
Every clip is computer-generated with artificial intelligence. It depicts fictional adult characters only. No real people are shown. Clips are labelled "AI-generated". We do not sell, and you may not ask us for, content depicting real people or anyone under 18.
4. What you buy
When you pay for a clip or a pack (a set of clips and the film made from them) you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and watch it for your own private use, for as long as you keep your copy. You do not get ownership of the file or any copyright. You may not: share, upload, stream, resell, rent or give the file to anyone; post it on any website, app or social network; edit it to depict a real person or a minor; use it to train, fine-tune or evaluate any AI model; or remove labels, watermarks or provenance data. We may end your licence if you break these rules.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). We accept cryptocurrency only, through NOWPayments. At checkout you choose a coin and we show the exact coin amount to send; that amount is calculated from the USD price at that moment and is only valid for the time shown on the payment screen. Blockchain payments cannot be reversed by us or by you. Network (miner/gas) fees are paid by you on top of the coin amount. Full details, including what happens if you send too little, too much or too late, are in the Refunds & Payments policy, which is part of these terms. Prices [include / do not include] VAT or sales tax where it applies.
6. Delivery
Your download unlocks on this site once the payment has enough network confirmations, usually within minutes. The download link stays live for 30 days; keep your own copy. If the link fails within that time, email support@haremafterdark.com with your order number and we will restore it.
7. Cancellation and refunds
Clips are digital content delivered immediately. At checkout you will be asked to (a) agree to immediate delivery and (b) acknowledge that you lose any statutory right to cancel once delivery starts. Because of this, and because crypto payments are irreversible, we do not refund completed downloads except where the Refunds & Payments policy says so (for example, we could not deliver). Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under the consumer law of your country that cannot be excluded.
8. No account, your data
You do not need an account. We keep the minimum data needed to deliver and support your order (order number, wallet address and transaction ID, IP address and country, and your email if you give one). See the Privacy Policy.
9. Prohibited use
You must not: use the site if you are under 18; use automated tools to scrape or download; try to bypass region blocks or age checks; use the site or content for anything illegal; or harass our staff.
10. Intellectual property
The site, its design, text and all clips are owned by or licensed to us. "AI-generated" does not mean free to copy.
11. Taking content down
We remove any clip that we learn depicts a real person or appears to depict a minor, and we act on valid copyright notices. How to report: see the Report content / DMCA page.
12. Our liability
We provide the site and content "as is". We are not responsible for: losses caused by blockchain networks, wallets or exchanges we do not control; changes in cryptocurrency value; your device or connection; or anything outside our reasonable control. Our total liability for any order is limited to the USD price you paid for that order. We do not exclude liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or anything else the law does not allow us to exclude.
13. Changes
We may change these terms; the version on the site when you order applies to that order.
14. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of [COUNTRY]. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK you also keep the protection of your local mandatory consumer law and can bring a claim in your local courts. If you are a consumer in the EU, the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform is at ec.europa.eu/odr.
